Fitness programs

Programs to help you move more and hurt less that are developed by leading experts in the field.  The programs take less than 20 minutes and use only your body so you can do them anywhere.  

The Healthy back bodyweight strengthening program

Overcome nagging low back pain and prevent common injuries by gradually strengthening the muscles that support the back, correcting common muscle weaknesses and rebuilding your core strength.

The injury-free running strength progrm 

Strengthen your core, pelvis and legs, using only your body weight, with a 20 minute session, 5 days a week. Every three weeks you advance to the next phase where you do a different set of exercises.

A high intensity safe and effective full body core workout you can do anywhere.  Follow along at you sweat your way into the best shape of your life. 

Follow along with Dr. Jardine as he leads you through a quick full body workout that will work all of the essentials from head to toe.
