An exercise program to help you become a better runner.

Improve your efficiency as a runner by strengthening areas that are prone to muscle weakness and injury. Learn how to use your body to correct common muscle imbalances and overcome pain. This is the only program for runners that combines the knowledge of physical therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors and athletic trainers. They put together the science. All you need to do is follow the program.

Support your joints.

It’s the small muscles that support the major joints of the body and protect them from injury. Programs by FPR teach you exercises that activate and strengthen the small muscles of the body, called microactivation. This technique can help you train your small muscles to properly support your body and break the cycle of ongoing pain and injury.


Get stronger where you need it the most.

Strengthen your core, pelvis and legs, using only your body weight, with a 20 minute session, 5 days a week. Every three weeks you advance to the next phase where you do a different set of exercises.


Your coaches are with you every step.

Every program by FPR is coached by a health care professional, not an actor. Your coach is with you every step of the way, providing encouragement, tips, and tricks to help you master each exercise.
