Feeling Pretty Remarkable Prenatal Program

Take the guess work out of exercising safely before and after pregnancy.

This 20 minute program has 13 different exercises that will help you develop strength, stamina and flexibility. The program is low-impact and gets more challenging as your pregnancy progresses. The exercises are designed to help prepare your body for labor and delivery, reduce joint and muscle aches, help control weight gain and help you recover after your delivery. No previous exercise experience is necessary to do the program and the exercises are designed using movements you do an a daily basis including lunging, squatting and lifting.

The program is designed by a group of doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, personal trainers and educators to provide you with a gentle strengthening routine to support the changes your body is going through. The focus is on safety, correct technique and slow sustained strengthening.
